These are my great grandparents. I remember meeting them both. They died within a few days of each other in 1957 when I was 11. Their daughter, Blanche Cullimore Wilson was my grandmother, and her son Glenn Wilson was my dad. Edward B Wilson
This is fun to find this photo. I am studying missionaries who served in Tennessee. I think Albert is the same as A. L. Cullimore who served a mission to the southern states in 1897. Do you have a way of confirming that for me?
Yes, this is the same man. (Though, he began his mission in 1895.) I have a text file I could send you in which he tells of his missionary experiences, if you are interested. I also have some more pictures of him, if you'd like.
Yes!!!! please. Elder Cullimore was one of the first missionaries to go back to Cane Creek, Tennessee after a mob killed two missionaries in 1884. I have images from a membership record book listing some of his baptisms and confirmations.
I created this blog for the gathering of my family's histories. Much of my family's geneology has been done (though, of course, not all). With the advent of the internet, there is even more information out there about these people. So, I decided to google my ancestors to see what histories, stories, and pictures I can find. When I find them, I put them here so I can have them all in one place. I'm having a great time getting to know my ancestors!
